Room booking procedure
Hotel accommodation should be booked directly through the Adriatic Luxury Hotels website.
Please follow the steps:
- Step 1: Go to Adriatic Luxury Hotels website and under “Hotels and Villas” choose “hotel Dubrovnik Palace”
- Step 2: Once “hotel Dubrovnik Palace” page opens, click “Book now”
- Step 3: At the next following window that opens fill out the exact days of your stay and under the “Promo code” window type PRADS22. Press again “Book your stay”
- Step 4: Finish your reservation by choosing your room and fill-out the other reservation details requested
- Step 5: Read carefully “Terms & conditions” to get the information about the cancellation policy
Dubrovnik
PRADS 2022 will be held in Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Dubrovnik Croatia. Dubrovnik is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean Sea, and was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in recognition of its outstanding medieval architecture and fortified old town.

Hotel palace
The five-star Hotel Dubrovnik Palace nestles on the scenic seafront between a pine forest and the turquoise coastal waters of the lush Lapad peninsula. Just a few minutes’ drive north west of the medieval Old Town of Dubrovnik, the stunning location offers phenomenal photo opportunities of the Elafiti Islands from every direction.

Stay
PRADS 2022 participants have the opportunity to stay at the conference hotel at special rates negotiated by the Organisers.

The above prices include breakfast and all taxes except sojourn tax. Sojourn tax is 3.00 EUR per person per day. Dubrovnik is a highly developed tourist area and there are a number of other hotels and private housing options. The Organizers have appointed Professional Congress Organizer (URKA – Perfectmeetings.hr – travel agency) to assist participants in travel, accommodation and similar issues. Travel information
Dubrovnik is easily accessible by sea, air (Dubrovnik Airport, located in Cilipi, 20 km from the city centre) or land. Many European cities are well connected with Dubrovnik – by regular or charter flights. A taxi service is available during the operating hours of the airport directly taking you to the venue for about 40.00 EUR.
“Cheaper transfers by shuttle or bus are also available. Dubrovnik airport shuttle which runs to and from Dubrovnik will take you from Dubrovnik Airport and make stop at the Pile Gate bus stop – about 5 EUR. There you can take the bus No. 4 (Pile – Hotel Palace) which will take you directly to the venue (last stop) – about 2 EUR. The bus is departing every 15 minutes.
The Organizers are aware that some participants may have concerns related to health and travel restrictions due to pandemics of COVID-19. Therefore, the participants are strongly advised to check travel requirements before organizing their trips, that differ depending on the country of their origin and are continuously adapted.
